Kathryn Caskie is a former magazine editor, TV producer, and copywriter for radio and TV commercials. She began writing romances when her family moved to a 200-year-old Quaker home in the Virginia Blue Ridge and Caskie became interested in 19th-century history.Her debut novel, Rules of Engagement, won the Romance Writers of America Golden Heart Award for Best Long Historical Romance Manuscript.
